Sakanashi and Associates

We help our customers develop and implement new routines that form new habits, resulting in faster achievement of business goals.

We specialize in two areas of business.

Improving processes and procedures often requires different ways of thinking and the formation of new routines and habits. This can be described simply in one word - change.

The word change is easy to say and consequently demand. Wanting change is not enough; it must be accompanied with a demonstrated willingness to do what is necessary to successfully implement the strategies and tactics to achieve that change.

An often overlooked and sometimes hidden barrier to success is the cost of learning and if left unchecked can lead to project failure. We address this cost through the facilitation of the process known as supplantive learning.

Great tools are available from many sources. Learning and recognizing when and how to use these tools are the keys to success.

Sales Benefits

Benefits include shorter sales cycles, higher close rates, increased sales and a happier sales team.

Your new sales representatives will start paying their way faster. If you hire entry level sales people, we help you to help them hit the road running with essential sales skills training and workshops. Product training is not sales training.

For the established sales team we provide new ways to approach common barriers to success.

Operations Benefits

Operational benesfits include better efficiency, lower costs of sale, increased profitabilty and a more satisfied team.

Our Process

Phase I

The first phase is to observe and map the current process. The next step in the first phase involves conducting a detailed analysis of the existing process and defining metrics to track it. This is the bench mark on which future results will be measured against.

Phase II

Specific areas to target for improvement are identified and an action plan for each area is developed with an implementation schedule.

Phase III

Implementation while remaining engaged.

Phase IV

Monitoring and analysis of results.

Phase V

Insights from the fourth phase form the basis for ongoing procress improvement.
